Vs Newlines to Spaces
The Newlines to Spaces tool joins lines with a separator such as a space, so words stay separated. This tool deletes line breaks with nothing in between, so adjacent lines join directly together. If you want wrapped prose to flow as one paragraph, use Newlines to Spaces; if you want every break gone, use this tool.
Limits and edge cases
- Windows (CRLF) and old Mac (CR) endings are normalized to LF first, then removed.
- One trailing newline is stripped so the output never ends with a dangling break.
- With Keep paragraph breaks on, blank-line separations stay as double newlines.
